Presentation

First Session — Learning
We will run through the three basic hand-building techniques: 'pinching', 'coiling' & 'slab building'. After these energetic exercises, you will have some time to play and experiment with clay.

Second Session — Making
The entire session is set-up for you to make. Using the techniques learned in the first week, you can create whatever you wish, from the expressive and sculptural to the controlled and functional.

Third Session — Glazing
Your work will have been fired and ready for you to pour, dip and paint the glaze onto your pieces. These will then be fired again, and voilà, you have finished ceramic creations of your very own!
